"Jean has an air and grace about her that makes you feel relaxed and joyful. I already practice mindfulness, but Jean has helped me to widen my understanding and strengthen the connection between my practice and my everyday life. Jean has the ability to create a calm space where I felt safe enough to experiment with different mindfulness and heartfulness techniques."

THANK YOU JEAN!!

"The interesting thing is that I let it all roll off my shoulders and didn't judge myself for it. It is what it is. No one got hurt, no big deal. I am thinking that balance is deciding what you're going to prioritize at any given time, realizing that other things will take a back seat and being ok with that. I kept thinking as I laughed at my week: THANK YOU JEAN!! I ❤ meditation!"
